The Fine Print
This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Any unused portion of the stay voucher can be redeemed against spa or food & beverage experiences that occur during the original stay period. This stay voucher must be presented upon checking and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. Advanced room bookings are required and are strictly subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Cancellation of accommodation bookings after 4pm PST on the day before arrival and any no-show will render the voucher null and void. Additional Terms and Conditions apply.
