This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Any unused portion of the stay voucher can be redeemed against spa or food & beverage experiences that occur during the original stay period. This stay voucher must be presented upon checking and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. Advanced room bookings are required and are strictly subject to availability.
